Every now and then I find myself just craving a Laksa and there is nothing I can do but feed thay desire, luckily I had a bit of time to kill and I just managed to find myself outside of a place that had been suggested to me by one of the Laksa lovers out there that took the time to email me.
Anyway that is how I have ended up at Chilli Padi in the Melbourne CBD, and believe me it is not long before I have a big bowl of steaming hot Laksa Broth in front of me. So fast
it actually had me by suprise

Now Straight off the bat this Laksa is one good looing Laksa and it is presented with a certain flair, it just looks fresh and clean and ready to be put into a cookbook. Now I'm not saying that a good looking Laksa is going to be amazing tasting but it certainly helps get them taste buds going.
Thankfully this Laksa isn't just a pretty object to be put on a pedastal and looked at, but its also a very tasty bowl of noodles. From the fresh coriander and basil to the mix of vermicelli and hokkien noodles that seem to be in endless supply, to the big chunks of spounge like tofu soaking up the percious liquid which is very very tasty and not overly hot, allowing for the non spice lovers around to enjoy it as well.
