Mind you I must add that there are a few weird little bits of shellfish I could have probably done without but hey you've got to try these new things when in new places…

The one thing it was lacking was a few of those vegetables that I really think that it needs .

Anyway there was plenty of bite to it, due to the great big blob of sambal olek on top and a few loose fresh chilli's thrown in for extra measure …
As far as scoring it against what I already know and love well that's a tough one, Like I said this is not a traditional hawker style market it was a food court, and I have truthfully enjoyed others more just because they have had more of the things I really like in them…

But it still was a very tasty laksa having said all that..
