Now this is a very simple place indeed about 12 tables enough
chairs to go around and an open kitchen that lets you see exactly
what is going on
good start
Now this place offers both a Lemak and a Assam version of the
laksa for today I've gone for the Lemak version
which is
the curry based laksa that we know so well I was very tempted
to go the Assam which is a fish and sour flavoured laksa but in
order to keep a nice consistent start to this place the Lemak
Laksa it is
I'll get back to you about the
Assam another time...
So after ordering two Laksa's and a roti we patiently
wait
.
10 minutes later we are confronted with two steaming hot bowls
of deliciously red looking laksa's, Piled with chicken, pork,
tofu and noodles. So far so good
